The Union Cabinet had been apprised about signing of BRICS Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the fields of Science, Technology and innovation (STI).
- The MoU will help in the promotion of cooperation in the field of science, technology and innovation among BRIGS countries.
- The aim of the MoU is to establish a planned framework of cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation STI.
