Kerala government’s official website has been hacked by “suspected Pakistan-based hackers”. The official website of the Government of Kerala — www.kerala.gov.in — was hacked on Saturday night by hackers suspected to be from Pakistan.
- The home page of the hacked website sported a pic of the national flag being burned and the messages “Pakistan Zindabad” and “security is just an illusion.”
- The hacked homepage also carries what appears to be identity of the hacker; hacked by “Faisal 1337” reads the hacked homepage, “We are Team Pak Cyber Attacker”. The Home Page also contains the website addresswww.Faisal1337.com
- Preliminary reports suggest that the hackers were unable to get past the home page and into the server that hosts the website.
